I’ve had such a positive experience with Capri Laundry. Good service and excellent tailoring, all for a great monthly price. I am moving to a new neighborhood, but very sad to say goodbye to Capri!

I've been going to Capri Laundry for almost a year now and it's wonderful! Service is wonderful and my laundry always smells great as well. Everyone is very kind and so reliable! I like to drop off/pick up my laundry on my own. I just let them know when I'd like to pick up and it's always ready on time! Super reliable, and has never let me down. You can also get a loyalty punch card for discounts as well!

Just found this laundry service last month and the experience has been wonderful. They are professional, have great communication, and are friendly. I am satisfied with my laundry bag that I’ve received back. The detergent they use smells fresh and clean. I really like how they have free pick up, detergent, wash and fold, and deliver back to my door. They also answer the phone promptly and will answer all of your questions. 100% RECOMMEND! Thank you for the amazing service.! If anyone is wondering, they charge $1.20 per pound up to 10 pounds, then its $1 for every additional.

This is by far the best service in the city and after living in multiple major US cities and 6 countries I will say the best I have ever had. They are independently and family owned and it shows in the quality of the work and the attention to detail. I have never had sheets come back so crisp and clean and their folding is perfection. Better still they customize each order with hot wash, bleach and detergent options. We have a house keeper, but frankly Capri dose it better. If I have ever had issue or question they have gone above and beyond to insure it was done right. They also offer a great loyalty program and work around your schedule. Capri is the best by far.

I just moved to the city and was searching for a laundry service when I saw Capri on my walk home from work and I’m so glad I did! They have same day free pick up and delivery for wash and fold. I brought my roommate with me and they even gave us a free laundry bag with our name on it. Wow. You can even pick your own laundry detergent for those sensitive to fragrances. Everything was fresh and folded to perfection. They are very communicative and will text you when your laundry is ready for pick up or schedule your drop off. If you’re new to the city and need some help with your laundry, I definitely would recommend this place!

I LOVE these guys. They are so responsive, incredibly efficient and reliable. Their service is unmatched in terms of price and quality. They’ll pick up laundry and bring it back the same day so long as you contact them by 11am, which beats so many wash & fold places in the neighborhood. I’m so sad to be moving out of the city because I will miss them so much.

I have been doing my dry cleaning at this place for the past two years, and I have always received wonderful service and they do an amazing job with taking care of my delicate cloths. The staff are super helpful and friendly. It saddens me to see these spam reviews below as I think they are truly the best place in the neighborhood for laundry services.

Been going here since I moved to NYC 2 months ago and absolutely love it! They’re some of the nicest people and have a true passion for what they do. My clothes always come back folded very nicely and smell incredible. They’re also always willing to add stain remover and take special care to certain items that need washed differently. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
